What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? +
Our MOQ varies by product type. For standard flanges, MOQ is typically 50-100 pieces per size. For custom forgings, MOQ can be as low as 1 piece depending on complexity. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
What is the typical delivery time? +
Standard catalog items ship within 15-30 days. Custom-engineered products typically require 4-8 weeks. Large orders and specialty materials may take 8-12 weeks. We provide a delivery schedule with every quotation.
Can you manufacture non-standard or custom dimensions? +
Yes. We specialize in custom manufacturing. Provide your drawings, 3D models, or specifications and our engineering team will review feasibility and provide a quotation.
What certifications do you provide? +
We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and CE PED 2014/68/EU compliant. We provide EN 10204 3.1 material certificates as standard. 3.2 certification with third-party inspection (ABS, DNV, BV, TUV, SGS, Lloyd's) is available upon request.
Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order? +
Yes, we provide samples for evaluation. Sample cost and freight are typically charged and can be credited against your first bulk order. Contact us to arrange sampling.
What payment terms do you accept? +
Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit with order, 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight is also accepted. For established relationships, we offer flexible terms including OA and DP.
How do you ship internationally? +
We ship via sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, or express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). We handle export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and certificate of origin. We can also arrange shipment to your forwarder in China.
Do you provide inspection reports with shipments? +
Yes. Every shipment includes a comprehensive inspection report: material certificates, dimensional inspection, NDT results (if applicable), pressure test reports, and photographic documentation. All reports are traceable to the shipment.
Can you manufacture to specific industry standards? +
We manufacture to all major international standards: ANSI/ASME, DIN, EN, JIS, BS, GOST, and NORSOK. We also work to customer-specific specifications and corporate standards.
What materials do you work with? +
We work with carbon steel (A105, A350 LF2, A694), stainless steel (304/304L, 316/316L, 321, 347, Duplex), alloy steel (F11, F22, F91, 4140, 4340), and specialty alloys (Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy, titanium).
Do you offer OEM or private label services? +
Yes. We offer full OEM services including custom marking, stamping, labeling, and packaging to your specifications. We can ship under your brand with your documentation.
What is your warranty policy? +
We warrant our products to be free from material and manufacturing defects. Any quality issue will be addressed promptly with replacement or credit. We stand behind every product we ship.
