Flange & Forging Product Catalog
Two product families, one quality system: ASME B16.5 and EN 1092-1 flanges, and open-die, closed-die and ring-rolled forged components. Standard sizes are stocked; non-standard sizes, alloy grades and custom profiles are machined to order.
Every product page lists the applicable standard, size and pressure range, material options and the documentation supplied with the shipment. If you already know the size and class, start from the flange dimensions section.
How to specify an order
A quotation is only comparable if every supplier quotes the same part. State the standard and edition, the size and pressure class, the material grade, the face type (RF, FF or RTJ), and the quantity per size.
Add the inspection requirement: EN 10204 3.1 is the baseline, 3.2 when a third party must witness testing. If the parts will be welded, say so — it can change the material grade and the heat-treatment condition.
For non-standard parts, send a drawing with tolerances, material and surface finish. We return a dimensioned drawing for approval before production, so there is no ambiguity about what will be shipped.
Standard sizes ship in 7–15 days. Alloy grades, RTJ faces and custom machining typically take 20–30 days. Freight is quoted FOB, CIF or DDP depending on the destination and the buyer's forwarder.
