Who we are

Dingxiang Anxin Forge Co., Ltd. manufactures and exports flanges and forged components. This notice covers this website and the inquiry forms on it. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

• Details you submit: name, work email, company, country, requirement text and any drawing you attach.
• Technical data from your browser: IP address, user agent and the page requested, recorded by the hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
• No account, payment or password data is collected on this site.

Why we use it

We use inquiry data only to answer your request, prepare a quotation, and follow up on the resulting order. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Who processes it

Inquiry forms are handled by our own server-side form endpoint and delivered to our sales mailbox. Website hosting is provided by Alibaba Cloud (Hong Kong) and email by Google; both act as processors. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. If we enable privacy-friendly analytics, the script is self-hosted or configured without cookies.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, or longer where a contract, warranty or legal obligation requires it. Server logs are retained for a short period by the hosting provider.

Cookies

This website does not set marketing or profiling cookies. The inquiry form works without cookies. Any preference storage (for example a language choice) would be strictly functional.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or object to processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

Changes

If this notice changes materially, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
