Dimensions in millimetres. Bolt hole diameter applies to through-holes. For stud length, gasket and bolting selection, match the gasket and bolts to EN 1092-1.
What PN6 means in service
PN6 is a nominal pressure of 6 bar (0.6 MPa) at ambient temperature for EN material group 1, derating with temperature per EN 1092-1.
EN 1092-1 uses PN (nominal pressure) ratings in bar: PN6, PN10, PN16, PN25 and PN40. PN16 means 16 bar nominal at ambient temperature for EN material group 1, derating with temperature per the EN 1092-1 tables. EN PN ratings are not equivalent to ASME classes in dimensions, even where the pressure looks similar.
Facing and materials
Raised face (RF) with a 2 mm face height is standard; flat face (FF) and groove (tongue) facings are available.

Other grades, impact-tested heats and NACE MR0175 requirements are quoted on request. Material certificates to EN 10204 3.1 are issued against the same heat number as the dimensional report.

- PMI on stainless and alloy heats; UT/RT on request
- Anti-rust oil, plywood case or pallet, with packing list and MTC
- Typical lead time 7–15 days for carbon steel stock sizes, 20–30 days for alloys
